Roseway Blvd is a Chicano Art group from El Paso, Texas looking to spread positivity but also bring attention to many Chicano and Mexican issues in America today. Roseway Blvd looks to speak out on these issues through speeches and community events but also through art and music. We not only want to share chicano art but support anyone in being creative and positive. Roseway Blvd is for anyone looking to be creative and expressing themselves in a positive way.
